Well hello there. I’m Abby Hoffman – an experienced design leader obsessed with every detail of the craft.

With over a decade of experience in the design industry and 5 of those years leading creative teams, I’ve built a career on crafting user experiences that delight and drive results. From leading cross-functional initiatives for global brands like Taco Bell and Adobe to mentoring teams through complex design challenges, I bring a passion for elevating design excellence.

In my current role as a Design Lead at Thesis, I’ve built and nurtured dynamic creative teams, fostering collaboration and mentorship to produce work that resonates. I’ve established design systems, streamlined workflows, and created high-impact campaigns across digital platforms. My hands-on leadership style and dedication ensures that every project aligns with strategic goals while maintaining the highest visual and functional standards.

As an individual, I understand that there’s more to life outside of pixel perfection. When I’m not behind a screen, I find joy in exploring the PNW with my partner and our blue heeler, Rocket (aka fur missile). I’m also an avid hiker, traveler, seeker of new food and cultures, lover of people, shameless Bob Ross fanatic, and game night enthusiast.
